Interweaving Neurodiversity and Mental Health - MHAW

This panel event explores the connections between neurodivergence and mental wellbeing. Moving beyond awareness, the session highlights how different ways of thinking, such as autism and ADHD, shape lived experiences, influence mental health, and bring both strengths and challenges.

The discussion will focus on creating a supportive and inclusive space, sharing practical strategies and lived experiences, and exploring ways to better support neurodivergent individuals. It aims to encourage open conversation, reduce stigma, and promote wellbeing across the community.

Conquering Isolation - MHAW

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we're taking action.

We're partnering with Reef to host a free coworking day here at The Merchants House on Tuesday 12th May, and we'd love for you to join us.

Working from home can be isolating. The silence. The same four walls. The lack of human connection that quietly chips away at your wellbeing. This week is about doing something about it.

Reef is a membership platform that connects remote and hybrid workers with spaces like ours, so people can work somewhere they actually want to be, around people who get it.

On Tuesday 12th May, come and work alongside a community of like-minded people. Bring your laptop, grab a coffee, and experience what it feels like to work somewhere that works for you.

🎟 Free to attend

This Mental Health Awareness Week, the action is simple: get out, connect, and remind yourself you don't have to work alone.
